Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return a book, please contact A Honu Space within 14 days of delivery.
Returns
Books must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received. Please contact us before mailing a return so we can provide return instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and include a photo of the item and packaging. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the incorrect item was sent. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
